Introduction
About me
Hello! Welcome to my homepage.
I am currently a visiting assistant professor at Kerala School of Mathematics.
Before this, I was an NBHM postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Prior to that, I was an institute-funded postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Kolkata, and later continued there as an NBHM postdoctoral fellow.
I did my PhD from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata, in the Statistics and Mathematics Unit under the supervision of Prof. Mahuya Datta.
My research interest is broadly differential geometry and algebraic topology. At present, my primary research interest is the study of the cut locus in various geometric settings, including Finsler manifolds and Lorentzian manifolds. I am also interested in the higher homotopy commutativity of the loop space and its relation to higher order homotopy operations.
